Clot 81

CLOT 81 independent project Integral  renovation of the 80 square meters flat from XIX century in Barcelona. A sustainable project which aimed to increase the quality of air circulation and lighting with the use of natural and recycled materials such as wood, hydraulic ceramics, granite and PET.    Some walls as well as the false ceiling were removed, recovering the old wooden beams and creating new volumes and openings to achieve full ventilation and lighting in the central area of the flat that is full interior. The kitchen was composed with PET recycled plastic bottles material.  Location: Carrer Clot, Barcelona Spain  Date:The works were carried out between April and August 2020.
