CAN PUIG Independent project carried out in partnership with the nb studio in Mallorca Restoration and renovation of a 1870 private house belonging to the historic heritage. The project consisted in rebuilding the structure of the existing house, preserving its original distribution and the construction of an annex building of 3 floors that connected to the existing house to create the distribution of water and bathrooms for each floor and a new staircase that gives access to the second floor directly outside, allowing the division of the house if desired.  The original finishes and materials have been restored. For the heating and water system the aerothermal system was used with the preparation to install  solar panels.   Location: Carrer de l’Horta 76, Pollença (Mallorca) Date:The works were carried out between 2014 x 2015.
