CAN PUIG
An independent project carried out in partnership with NB Studio in Mallorca. The restoration and renovation involved a private house from 1870, recognized as part of the historic heritage.The project focused on rebuilding the structure of the existing house while preserving its original layout. Additionally, a three-story annex was constructed, seamlessly connected to the main house. This annex provided modern infrastructure, including water distribution and bathrooms for each floor, as well as a new staircase offering direct external access to the second floor. This feature allows the house to be divided into separate units if desired.Original finishes and materials were carefully restored to maintain the historical character of the property.
